The PacK
Every Sunday morning at 8:45 and 10:30, kids in First Grade through Sixth Grade come to the PacK for an experience created just for them. The PacK features a kid-friendly environment of fun games, jammin' music, and a creative learning experience that reinforces basic principles of faith, family, and friendship that parents want their kids to learn. After the lesson, kids will break off into smaller groups with other kids their own age to talk about the day's topic and read about it in the Bible.
Activate
In early 2011, PVCC will launch a new family ministry called Activate. At 9:45 a.m. (between the adult worship services) on the first Sunday of each month kids and their parents are invited to a 35 minute high-energy experience where kids and parents worship and learn together. Activate incorporates humor, music, and creative teaching that will engage your whole family.
PJ's Playhouse
On Sunday, September 5th, PJ's Playhouse will debut for kids two years old through Kindergarten. PJ's Playhouse is a 20 minute experience, similar to "Blue's Clues", featuring fun music and creative teaching. Our friendly leaders will be helped by PJ, our new preschool mascot. PJ is a quiet but playful dog who will help the kids relate to the day's lesson. Our preschool rooms will take turns going to PJ's Playhouse during the worship hour. When they are not in PJ's Playhouse, they will be led by friendly room leaders in activities that help reinforce what the kids learned at the Playhouse.
